Our Mandate & Mission

AWO's Mandate is to provide settlement services to all newcomers, with a special focus on women, their families, refugees and people who have experienced war and persecution. Its Mission is to improve newcomers' quality of life, to help them live in dignity and reach their full potential, and to prompt social and economic inclusion so that they may be contributing members of society.

Refugees and immigrants, especially those who have experienced war and persecution, leading self sufficient and dignified lives in a socially inclusive society.
