Afghan Youth Ambassadors

We are proud to announce that the Afghan Women's Organization has opened a new program:  the Afghan Youth Ambassadors.  This opportunity to spread environmental awareness has been made possible thanks to our generous and remarkable funder, Trillium.

With this grant, the AYA runs a variety of youth-lead workshops and activities.  These include workshops on the issue of global warming and human consumption/waste, outdoor nature walks and informative hikes, and trips to other Toronto-based environmental organizations!

Not only will you learn how to leave a lighter carbon "footprint" on Earth, but Trillium is giving you the chance to connect with other Afghans to help build a stronger, well-informed and united community against global warming.  Sessions are free to attend, and they are held at a time that will not interfere with school.  So don't stand on the sidelines as Earth's state continues to degenerate.  Join the Afghan Youth Ambassadors now and help make a difference.  Check out our facebook page 'AWO:  Environmental Mission', or contact by email at:  gazzy_@hotmail.com for more information.
